I typically have a great experience in dealing with all of the Jackie Cooper brands. In the past eight years, we have bought six cars from multiple Jackie Cooper lots (four new and two used). This will be the last time that I buy from Jackie Cooper Nissan. Over the course of a week and a half, I had three interactions where I was treated like I was an idiot by Colby Harris because I didn't want to buy a car that day. After that, I reached out to our sales rep at JC Infiniti to assist me with my purchase at JC Nissan. When I went back to test drive a car, the salesman that greeted me acted like it was my responsibility to find my salesman. After I took a cashier's check to them and told them there was a chance I would be in that night, I was told to ask for the sales manager, Michael Knotts and he would have the paperwork and car ready. When I called and got in touch with someone named Charlie, he told me that the sales manager was gone for the day, service guys were gone, nobody had paperwork for me and nobody was going to do it and that I needed to wait until the next day and there wasn't anything that anyone could do to help me. If not buying a car the first time I walk on the lot gets me talked to and treated like an idiot, the easy solution is that I won't walk back on the lot. The only reason I am buying the car that I am is due to Zach from JC Inifiniti stepping in and taking care of me. I will not be back to JC Nissan, period. More
