Well...we are still enjoying the Altima....However...what we are not enjoying is the money that Mr Scott PROMISED TO SEND TO Cecil Stephens (my father) for referring me to Jackie Coo Altima....However...what we are not enjoying is the money that Mr Scott PROMISED TO SEND TO Cecil Stephens (my father) for referring me to Jackie Cooper!! You see, Mr Michael Scott kept pushing for a good review once we gave him a great review he sent a text to my phone thanking my wife and I and promised to get right back to me about the referral check for my father....guess what over two weeks ago and still have heard NOTHING from him...will not return my text or even speak with me on the phone!!! So I regret to inform you that I will never return to nor refer anyone to Jackie Cooper!!! Thank you for your time in this matter!!! More

I had found a particular VEHICLE online via AUTOTRADER, and made an appointment on Friday 7/3 to view on Monday 7/6. I met with John Antloger to view and test drive the vehicle. John was very polite, AND helpful in my viewing and test driving the 2012 Nissan Murano. Needless to say, I left for lunch to consider my decision and returned later that afternoon to buy the vehicle. I was very pleased with the whole transaction. And I will recommend Jackie Cooper Nissan, as well as John, in helping any of my friends or family trying to locate a new/used vehicle. Oh, and the finance manager was very helpful and accomodating.
