No Pressure Tactics As most people these days, I started my auto search, online. The Jackie Cooper websites always have great options, when looking for a used car. The only complaint about the website...the freaking pop-ups! They really, really, really, want you to use their $500 off coupon offer. I found a great used vehicle on the Jackie Cooper Nissan website. I used the online buying tool option, and was connected immediately with the internet sales manager (Joseph Hanson). After talking with my assigned sales manager (Justin Greer), he was able to help our family find a better vehicle option than the one I had selected online. I recommend checking out their sales lot in person. Their online presence is not a complete representation of their inventory selection. Justin was a great, friendly, and honest sales manager. I felt completely comfortable in moving forward with a vehicle purchase. The buying process was simple. Complete the credit application, waited a few minutes, and we were signing on the bottom line. It was such a smooth buying process. Only purchase complaints. The vehicle was not detailed inside. But that is no worry. I am one of those weirdos who actually enjoy cleaning my vehicle! More
