Not trustworthy The salesperson Bryan Gray is not trustworthy. He broke our first deal (by significantly increasing the car price without proper explanation after th The salesperson Bryan Gray is not trustworthy. He broke our first deal (by significantly increasing the car price without proper explanation after the deal has been made). He did not honor his word and did not give us the promised gift card (which was part of the deal) even after few reminders. Additionally, he wasted my time by trying to push a sale of the cars that haven't went through the inspection yet. With one of those cars, I waited for few days just to be told a different price. Another car was not fully ready for the test drive. Also, I was told that car is ready for a pick-up, when in fact it was not for few more hours, and I had to make additional trip and arrangements. I should have gone to another dealership, which is what I will definitely do the next time I need a car. More
