re-attach belly pan We brought our 2019 Rogue in due to the belly pan having come down. We called a week ahead of time for an appointment. I had gone to a local garage to temporarily re-attach. I don’t believe the service department did anything other than check to make sure it was still attached. On Sunday, on our way to church we noticed the belly pan was once again down. We are very disappointed, both in the service and the fact that this car has less than 1200 miles on it More

Needed a new sensor as the dash had ABS, SLIP and VDC lights illuminated. Dropped it off first thing in the morning on a Thursday right when they opened up. They didn't even look at it until Friday or Saturday. The service representative, James Feary, never called Friday (he "thought he did but must have forgot"). Finally got a text about recommended fixes Saturday with typical exorbitant dealer prices. Agreed on the sensor replacement but of course, part wasn't in stock (nor was it apparent that it would be 2-3 more days to get it in stock). Called multiple times and couldn't get ahold of James, left voicemails and no other service reps could handle my questions. Car was finally fixed 6 days later. This place is a total joke. Thank goodness the car has been so good for 9 years because this service experience drives home my disdain for dealerships. I will avoid them like the plague. More

We were greeted by Joe Ryan who was very courteous and escorted us to the service waiting room. The service took only one hour and on top of the warranty recall service they washed, vacuumed, and did a multi-point inspection. Great service!!! More

After finally deciding on another Frontier and what things really mattered in enjoying my last truck, Matt introduced me to Scott S who within a short time found a 2019 Frontier with the items I desired headed to the dealers auction. I wanted lumbar support, a certified truck, hands free phone and backup camera, crew cab, SL, etc. Scott presented his find with only 11,000 miles plus a few other very nice options. Truck was in Tulsa within a couple of days. The color blue didn't really describe the gorgeous paint that was on the truck. Next I met MJ A and what a great finance guy with a very pleasant hustle on warranty items. Just when I thought things could not be better, I went to pick the truck up and Matt informed me that he and Scott had a bonus for me - a set rubber floor mats. Usually the sales people get a bonus but this time they shared our experience with me also getting a bonus. I was treated like royalty which in part due to my relationship with past Nissan employees: Tim H and Bobby I. My experience with Jackie Cooper Nissan since 2007 has been phenomenal. My 2007 Frontier relied on the service department and Bobby's attention to detail. The Service group will see me as I believe that Jackie Cooper has a great group of technicians. Thanks guys. More
