Carfax directed us to Jackie Cooper Nissan for a well-priced used 2015 Nissan Rogue. I first spoke to the online sales representative enquiring about trade-in value for my wife's vehicle. The online staff was prompt, professional and courteous. Margus Niiholm was the sales consultant. Not once during the test drive did he push or ; but rather he let the car sell itself. Finally came the time of negotiating a purchase price. This was it - I had previously read about strategies to buying a car (ie. don't appear too interested, let the dealer put out the first offer, etc.). I was truly AMAZED at this process. Eric Inman, a floor manager, had a personal and transparent approach in negotiating. We eventually agreed on a fair price including trade-in value! In closing, I would challenge to meet a more professional and reliable car dealership. My wife absolutely loves the vehicle! The support from Jackie Cooper Nissan continues even after the purchase, as Margus has called multiple times to check-in and see if we had any questions/concerns about the vehicle. The price was really good so I looked at it on-line as I was on vacation in New Mexico at the time. After numerous e-mails, and a very clear cut presentation on pricing, we made a deal via e-mail and when we got back from New Mexico, Joe had the car sitting in front of the dealership ready to pick up. It was spotless. After a short time in his office doing the paperwork that was all ready to go, we went over and met the service manager, who was very polite and friendly as well. Then we went out and Joe took my wife and I through a very detailed presentation of the features of the car. He paired our cell phones to the car, and seemed to have a check list on his iPad to make sure he didn't miss anything. He gave us the impression that he did not want us to leave until we knew everything we could about the car. He could not have been nicer or more informative. I honestly was not in the market for a new car, but he made this so appealing and attractive, I felt like I could not pass it up. I am glad I listened to him. It is a great car at a very good price. I would recommend Joe Simmons without reservation to anyone considering a new or nice used vehicle. I would also recommend Jackie Cooper Nissan as an excellent dealership, as everyone that I came in contact with there went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would say that it was just a great overall experience, and will certainly go there first the next time I am in the market for a car. More
