First car buying experience I just got my first car, we walked up to the door and JC was there to greet us. took us back to see what they had in my budget and when I decided on s I just got my first car, we walked up to the door and JC was there to greet us. took us back to see what they had in my budget and when I decided on some cars to check out, he went and got the keys. The first car I looked at ended up being the one I got, once I drove around a little bit I decided that was the car that I wanted. JC and Eric made the whole process as easy as possible (considering I had no idea what I was doing). Once I decided on the car the whole process was pretty simple though a little bit stressful on my end. They did gave me all of the information in ways that even I could understand. the final leg was financing. That was made simple and kinda fun thanks to Tony (I think that was his name, sorry if I got it wrong) he was fun to talk to and explained everything to me and made me very confident in my options. Smooth transaction & I love my new car! Jacob was so great to work with! He really listened to what I wanted in a car and helped me find the perfect vehicle. That was crucial because I unexpectedly needed to replace my car before the weekend, and it was already Friday evening. He also helped keep everything moving smoothly for me to be able to bring the car back for a known needed cosmetic repair the next week, since I needed the car right away. He got me a loaner car for the day of the repair and had all the paperwork prepped ahead for me and everything. The loaner car was nice, but I was so happy when I got my own new car back. It was definitely the right choice! Overall, everyone at the dealership was so friendly and helpful, and their prices for the car types I was interested in were lower than nearby Nissan dealers. This is the 4th Nissan we have purchased at Jackie Cooper. Our Sales person, Nihad was exactly the kind of sales associate most people enjoy working with. ( I have purchased upwards of 10 new cars and twice that many used cars from dealerships in my life) Nihad was very knowledgeable of the product but more importantly, he is not what I consider a high pressure type salesman. He was patient, polite, understanding and accommodating of my wife's uncertainty as to what she actually wanted or needed in a new car purchase. Nihad in fact made a great effort to insure we bought the car that was right for us. As rare as it is in this profession, he wanted to make sure we didn't buy too much car! When we upgraded our shopping goal from a Murano to a Pathfinder, he made a sincere effort to make sure we needed that "step up" in a purchase. Our automobile purchase time period lasted several weeks as we shopped around, compared prices and options. Pathfinder Mom We bought from Jordan earlier this year in March. My husband Austin dropped in on his lunch break from work to look at their used cars with 3rd row... We bought from Jordan earlier this year in March. My husband Austin dropped in on his lunch break from work to look at their used cars with 3rd row... reluctantly... he’s more a fan of Jeep, Ford, Chevy. He met Jordan who really wowed and impressed him with the Pathfinder. Luckily my husband brought me back to see the Pathfinder that evening. I fell in love with the Pathfinder right away, especially with the Midnight Package. Jordan was very personable and we paid a very fair price. We noticed the front passenger side speaker was distorted before taking it home that night and Jordan assured us it would be fixed. We set an appointment for that very week I believe, was supplied with a loaner vehicle and had my Pathfinder back that same evening! I noticed later that night we couldn’t open the front passenger door from inside. I texted Jordan the next morning and he made me feel comfortable it would be taken care of and that it was surely something over looked when they put the door panel back together when replacing the speaker. I indicated to Jordan I wouldn’t be able to drop it off to the dealership again for awhile. Shockingly Jordan offered to pick up my Pathfinder from my work that morning himself all the way in Sand Springs. I didn’t find out until just over an hour later when he was dropping my Pathfinder back all fixed (Jordan was right, they just forgot to connect a cable in the panel) to my work he did this on his day off. I am completely in shock and awe of Jordan’s customer service, he was an exceptional salesperson getting my husband excited about the Pathfinder and converting my husband to a Nissan. He has checked in on us the past months to make sure everything is going well. I surely hope to be back with Jordan at Jackie Cooper Nissan next time our family is in need of a vehicle. Dawn. More
