Sales staff is great! Finance managers... eh... My salesmen and the sales manager were absolutely amazing to work with. Jacob Tenney and Pierce Woolery were great to work with. You can tell right away they were trustworthy and just good people. Now, the finance manager I worked with Steve Paliolta on the other hand, I had some issues with. I had already had financing approval from my bank, so I knew what my interest rate and term would be. The first rate Steve tried to have me sign, was almost 2% more, than what I already knew I would be getting. He tried to convince me that no one else would approve me at a lower rate (even though I knew what my rates would be). I finally got him to look, and he acted all shocked and then lowered the rate. Which upon further looking, is still higher than the rate I know I was approved for. More

First car buying experience I just got my first car, we walked up to the door and JC was there to greet us. took us back to see what they had in my budget and when I decided on s I just got my first car, we walked up to the door and JC was there to greet us. took us back to see what they had in my budget and when I decided on some cars to check out, he went and got the keys. The first car I looked at ended up being the one I got, once I drove around a little bit I decided that was the car that I wanted. JC and Eric made the whole process as easy as possible (considering I had no idea what I was doing). Once I decided on the car the whole process was pretty simple though a little bit stressful on my end. They did gave me all of the information in ways that even I could understand. the final leg was financing. That was made simple and kinda fun thanks to Tony (I think that was his name, sorry if I got it wrong) he was fun to talk to and explained everything to me and made me very confident in my options. Thanks to these people I will recommend Jackie Cooper Nissan to anybody who needs a car. They made My first car buying experience a memorable one. More
