Nihad gave a great demonstration of all the new features of the 2017 Rogue especially the camera feature. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. Afterwards we discussed price and the cost difference between a new Rogue and the one I selected. The process was simple and I left happy with a new Rogue. I give Nihad an A+ More

During the test drive he was very thorough in explaining all the features of the car and teaching me step by step how to use them. I never felt pressured by Nihad or MJ during the negotiating phase and they were both extremely respectful to me and my family member there to help me in this process. I felt that Nihad and MJ went above and beyond to ensure my happiness with this purchase and I feel that they gave me a very fair deal. I had reviewed the invento The staff at Jackie Cooper went above and beyond my expectations by far. This is a well run and organized dealership. I had reviewed the inventory online and knew the vehicle I wanted. I contacted the dealership by phone before making the trip there and spoke to Joseph. He was very helpful as I explained that I wanted a particular vehicle but couldn't make it for several hours. He checked to make sure the vehicle was still available and by the time I arrived, it was pulled up to the front with a note on the dash saying it was reserved for me. Wow!!! Our salesman, JC, was courteous, knowledgeable and very personable. He answered all my questions and didn't brush off anything detail I wanted to discuss. He went over all of the features on my new vehicle. He showed us the service area and explained the process of bringing my new vehicle in for servicing. He even offered us refreshments several times since we were there through dinner time. My financing terms were fair and it didn't take a bunch of unnecessary haggling to get there. MJ handled our financing and he was great to deal with. Nihad had me laughing as the process progressed. He wasn't my salesman but he has a great personality and added a lot of humor to the experience. I am extremely pleased with this dealership. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking about buying a Nissan to go here first and bypass any of the lesser dealerships in the area. More
