We decided to go out to Jackie Cooper as they had been recommended to us by close friends. From the time we drove onto the lot we were treated very professionally and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Our salesman, Todd, was so helpful, down to earth, not pushy like some car salesmen. Buying a car can be very frustrating in some cases with people trying to push you into purchasing and honestly, I always dread it. Todd checked in with us, but was very patient and informative. He made the whole process pleasant and hassle free. We purchased a 2017 Pathfinder and love it! And we did get the best deal at Jackie Cooper. Our first impressions of the dealership, the building, customer service, etc. has been above and beyond any of the others we visited. It was just a wonderful this last time. Michael was very pleasant and patient. There was never any pressure to purchase. I was treated very well by both Michael and MJ (in finance).
