We had been to many dealerships and were even close to purchasing an SUV from another Nissan dealership in town, but were not able to get the deal we wanted. We decided to go out to Jackie Cooper as they had been recommended to us by close friends. From the time we drove onto the lot we were treated very professionally and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Our salesman, Todd, was so helpful, down to earth, not pushy like some car salesmen. Buying a car can be very frustrating in some cases with people trying to push you into purchasing and honestly, I always dread it. Todd checked in with us, but was very patient and informative. He made the whole process pleasant and hassle free. We purchased a 2017 Pathfinder and love it! And we did get the best deal at Jackie Cooper. Our first impressions of the dealership, the building, customer service, etc. has been above and beyond any of the others we visited. We feel good about our purchase and the great customer service we will continue to receive. More

I have dealt with Jackie Cooper (JC) since 2008 when I bought my 1st vehicle and have elicited routine maintenance service for other Nissan products. I had a wonderful experience then. It was just a wonderful this last time. Michael was very pleasant and patient. There was never any pressure to purchase. I was treated very well by both Michael and MJ (in finance). Now I own two Nissan vehicles and both will be serviced by JC until I am ready to purchase the next one. The service department is also terrific! I would readily buy another vehicle from JC again! Salesman Dave Fields is an amazing fellow! This was my second vehicle purchased at Jackie Cooper with Dave fields. Although this purchase was for me. Here's how it went: I scored a 2 yr. old S This was my second vehicle purchased at Jackie Cooper with Dave fields. Although this purchase was for me. Here's how it went: I scored a 2 yr. old Subaru WRX, (SWEET). Some guy named 'MJ' replaced windshield & tires; calls me tells me that he's going to do so and not to ask for $200 off later. At signing, Purchased warranty, maint., & paint, tire & leather prot. plan for extra $40 a month. Took delivery of car. Went to upgrade air filter to k&n, found original factory air filter still in it. It was cram packed w/ dirt, grass & bugs and was black throughout?!? 7 weeks and less than 2k miles later; take to Subaru service: throw out bearing is bad, maybe clutch too, $900.00-$2000.00. So I called the sales manager at Cooper and ask him how come his mechanic didn't notice my car had a bad throwout bearing? He said because the car is foreign, this threw the technician! SUMMARY: I TOOK DELIVERY OF A CAR THE DEALER TECH COULDN'T DETECT A BAD THROWOUT BEARING. BEFORE IVE MADE MY SECOND CAR PAYMENT, I NEED $2K WORTH OF REPAIRS. Cooper Nissan is still claiming ignorance. Salesman won't return phone calls at all. Lastly, I got a call from Dave (nearly a month after getting the car), says, 'I got the floor mats for your WRX here, come get it.' WOW!!!! Summary: Overall experience was Fair Sales Mgr. Good Finance & Paper Good All other departments Pttth! The staff on the floor shined bright, they worked hard to get me into the car, no doubts there. TOTALLY DIG THE SEDAN. WHEW HOOOOO More

Our salesman, Joe Simmons, was the helpful and easy to work with; he truly is an honest person with impeccable integrity and compassion for his customers. He wants you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. We live in Oklahoma City, so most of our negotiations took place over the phone with Joe. Once we agreed upon a purchase price and pick-up day, we headed to Tulsa for our vehicle. They had everything ready to go and held up their end of the bargain; no surprises or hidden fees added in to the final price. Joe and my husband did a final inspection of the vehicle and found a few things. Joe had it sent to the shop immediately to be fixed. We left for lunch and they unknowingly to us took care of our tab; what a pleasant surprise! We have also had a few issues post-sale questions and issues (nothing major), and Joe was so quick to respond back to us. He took care of the issues and provided us what he promised in a very timely manner.
