This is the 3rd vehicle in a row that I have purchased from this dealership/location, so I think that covers it. I will note that the lack of flexibility for the money factor on leasing was disappointing from this dealership/location, so I think that covers it. I will note that the lack of flexibility for the money factor on leasing was disappointing, since my credit score exceeds 800 from all three bureaus. They did work with me in an alternative fashion with price adjustments but I think to state that the money factor is static is disingenuous. But otherwise the experience there keeps me returning. I would like to mention that Beneplace is the first place I found Jackie Cooper Nissan. Ashton, reached out to us early enough in the day and made the transition absolutely smooth. Even with the stress of my husband and son, Ashton was top notch and wonderful to work with. A realist, pragmatic, understanding, and super sweet! Jackie Cooper Nissan's competitive edge sold my boys and I. Overall, based on a mom and dad's perspective & a college kid, we had a great experience. Even though we were at many disagreements, we received a much higher APR% roughly around 16% on our contract deal. I did question it, but ultimately settled since the loan was for such a small amount to be financed. Since this is for my son's first college car, we made the decision to proceed since this was one shot deal to purchase it. He loved his first car! Thanks to the Jackie Cooper team for our son's first 2016 Mercedes Benz car with an awesomely-low mileage starter car. My visit initially did not start well as the car I expected to see was not there you all were not sure where it was. But all's well that ends well as Ray Asberry was great in helping me find a car I liked better and he got me a good trade in value on my truck. More
