We value hearing from our customers, and the inconvenience that occurred in our service department does not reflect our standards of customer service. Looking back at our service records, we have you in for an oil change on 1/2/2021 and not back in our service department until 4/2/2021. The oil we provided you to be tested would have been the oil already in your vehicle, a ten year old Acura sedan, for several weeks. The oil we use for oil changes is certified by Acura. If you have any questions or would care to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to private message me at your earliest convenience.

Maybe your tech accidently put the wrong oil in my engine. My engine oil smelled like differential oil.
