The service person made us wait 5 hours for our service I usually take my car to be serviced here and the service person made us wait for no reason. I talked to the mechanic they were not busy yet Pat made I usually take my car to be serviced here and the service person made us wait for no reason. I talked to the mechanic they were not busy yet Pat made us wait 5 hours without any call or information. We left a message about what’s going on and there was no return on our message. Finally we went there and the car was ready waiting - he just opted not to call and made us wait. The mechanic obviously did a great job so no complaints there. More

General Service Service is always good but the lounge waiting area needs to be cleaned. The furniture and carpet have awful stains that make you not want to sit on.
