Friendly service center I’ve been going to Jacky Jones for over a year now, and I’m satisfied with their service department. The two service writing listen well. Not a good experience I went in because my oil is burning too fast. I get less than 3000 miles on the synthetic oil which is supposed to last 7500 miles. When I bought t I went in because my oil is burning too fast. I get less than 3000 miles on the synthetic oil which is supposed to last 7500 miles. When I bought the Jeep the dealer suggested oil change 5000 mile and it hasn’t made it to that since I bought it. We have stalled 2 times, the last time was in the middle of the road. This is dangerous and I have had to cancel any long distance trips for fear of breaking down. The person at the desk suggested I carry oil in my car!!!What kind of customer service is this! What am I supposed to do, I told the dealership I wasn’t leaving til they fixed it. The service manager didn’t even have the courtesy to speak to me. More
