My car didn’t even make it home. They said they would pay for repairs and set up an appointment to repair other issues and it’s still not done. And no refund on repairs either. Talked to two sales managers and both made promises that neither provided. Pleasant to talk to but they don’t follow through with anything they say. Would not recommend dealing with this place. More

Found an awesome Genesis GV80 and Jacobs did a job of taking care of all the details. I would certainly recommend wirking with this dealership.
