He gave me the information that I needed, without pushing too hard with details I didn't want or need.His manager (Sarkis) was warm and friendly as well as was Eric (which is hard for a finance guy) Overall, on a scale of 1-10, I would rate the experience, a 10.Just maybe not the wording on this survey. I previously owned a Jeep Liberty as well as a Dodge RAM, and was curious to see what all the fuss was about regarding Toyotas. It's a perfect fit. Everyone else associated with the dealership was upbeat, friendly and courteous, especially for a crew working a Holiday, New Years Day. Overall, I'm thrilled with the product I purchased, it really started off the year with a bang, and it was a very enjoyable experience working with everybody at the dealership. I drove my new 4Runner off the lot that very day, and I look forward to working with the folks at Jaffarian going forward. It sounds corny, but one of the dealership managers, Sarkis, welcomed me to the Toyota family and confidently stated that I'd never own another type of vehicle. Jim Craven is by far the best Salesperson that I have ever dealt with in the past 45 years of buying cars. Mr. Carl Rogers was also wonderful. We arrived at Jaffarian, met Louis, explained our desired style and purpose as well as budget limitations, and ended up with a brand new car that far exceeded what we expected to get for our money.
