I went to Jaffarian after reading their positive internet reviews, even though there are other similar dealers much closer to my home. I had high expectations and was not disappointed. My interaction with the entire staff, beginning with the internet responder, to the front reception desk, to my salesman Frank Harrison, to the sales manager Jim Carven, and including the finance manager was very professional and friendly. No hard selling. Very transparent and engaging, listening more than selling, providing critical information needed to make a hard decision. All work as a tight team to understand your needs and to meet them. Very efficient process. The car I purchased was exactly as represented on the internet. Their product is good, their staff work as a well-oiled team, and the experience is as enjoyable as spending a healthy chunk of money can be. Value for the dollar. I see why their family business has been growing for 75 years. I'll be looking toward them again for future purchases. More
I visited Jaffarian's Volvo Toyota because my 2010 lease was coming due in a few days and because of personal reasons I was going to extend my lease, i just didn't have it in me to look for a new car lease was coming due in a few days and because of personal reasons I was going to extend my lease, i just didn't have it in me to look for a new car at this time. I called Jim Carven, we talked and he invited me in to talk face to face about options. I gave him a brief idea of what I would want but told him because of my situation I didn't think this was a good time for me, I was too stressed...he said come on in away and we can just chat. So, i dropped by later that week. As I drove up, I noticed a beautiful 2014 Corolla parked in front of the showroom......oh boy, I thought.....now that's something that could change my mind! I was pleasantly greeted at the door by staff members, all friendly and welcoming. Jim immediately came over to greet me and thanked me for coming in. We sat and chatted for several minutes, catching up on our families and such and then came the question...WHAT COULD HE DO TO HELP ME! My answer was make it easy, affordable and take my existing car back as is and MAYBE I'd consider a new at this time. He listened carefully to what I wanted, how I wanted to proceed and then offered suggestions. He was right on so to speak......he knew exactly what I wanted, even before I did! He had parked the car out front in the morning for me! It was PERFECT! The right, style, color, size and perfect wheel covers so I agreed to go over some numbers with him to see if we could make a deal, but still hesitant to go forward....he worked the magic and needless to say, an hour later I drove off the lot in my new car! I'm happy with my car, the deal, the dealership and especially Jim, I got my last car from him and I was delighted to deal directly with him again. He's a great guy with a lot of heart. He takes his time and get the job done in a personal and fun way. But that isn't all of it, he introduced me to Louis, another great guy! Very through, attentive and caring. Again, very personal treatment and so efficient. He was instrumental in preparing the paperwork and getting everything in order for me. He was fast but didn't rush, very calm and considerate. I had to call him a couple of times after the initial meeting, and he was still the same great guy with a fabulous smile and a ton of patience, easy going and eager to please. It was a joy to meet him, and I look forward to seeing him again. While all this prep was going on, I was greeted by Gary Jaffarian, we have know one another for many years, he came over to visit and catch up on everything with the families, work and life. We chatted for awhile, taking time out of his schedule is not easy for a busy man with a very busy dealership, but he did! That's what makes Jaffarian's so special. Yesterday I went to get my sticker and I met Dale, another great staff member, he couldn't do enough for me. Pleasant, kind and friendly. I have been dealing with the Jaffarian family for over 25 years. Jaffarian's is quite the place, I highly recommend them! I wouldn't go to any other dealership. With all that being said, I ended up with not a good meeting, not a great meeting but an AMAZING meeting! More

I visited Jaffarian Toyota after being put through the mill at another North Shore Toyota dealership, and after shopping at two other dealers in NH. I found that Jaffarian had a similar vehicle to the one I was looking for so I did an online inquiry after hours. The next morning I had a manager's name and phone number waiting in my email. I set up an appointment to visit the dealership to have my trade analyzed and to examine the new truck. After meeting the manager, I was assigned Gary Simard as my sales person. Gary could not have been more helpful and eager to please. He worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted in a new truck (it was a brand new 2014 model and all the dealers were only given 1 so far). Jaffarian exceeded my expectation (and other offers) on price,and value of my trade, and they did it without all the haggling and sales manager BS. In fact, at one point I met the casually dressed owner, Gary Jaffarian, who simply said hello and checked in to make sure that my visit was going well. The sales pressure was pretty much absent from the whole process as they worked to deliver only what I wanted, and make good on what they had promised. I took delivery of my shiny new truck today and Gary made sure that everything was to my satisfaction and that all my questions were answered. I have purchased a dozen or more new cars in my lifetime and have almost never enjoyed the process. Buying a new car is stressful because of all the decisions, haggling, upselling, and genuine feeling of distrust you get when dealing with many car dealers. My experience at Jaffarian was just perfect and I will buy another car from them in the future. More
Dealing with this process of trying to buy a car is not a pleasant task overall from going to one dealership to another to figure out what we wanted, both my husband and myself purchased a car and Jaysen and pleasant task overall from going to one dealership to another to figure out what we wanted, both my husband and myself purchased a car and Jaysen and the Business Manger made the experience so much better than we expected. There was no pressure and Jaysen understood what we were looking for and was so polite and pleasant and Harly was funny and had a great personality that helped us through the late purchase when we were tired. Everyone was helpful in the dealership but not pushy and that is why we returned and are very happy with our purchase. More

Jason was great and I had a good experience. The only thing that was not great was the explanation of final price when I sat with finance person. For example, I asked how did the figure get so high and h thing that was not great was the explanation of final price when I sat with finance person. For example, I asked how did the figure get so high and he said it's what you just bought and neglected to go thru extra items like 75 dollars for the title when I already gave 25 dollars, the alarm was on the wrong line so it looked like it was charged. So just some confusion. I would recommend buying there and already have. More
