My car needed repair from the collision department. This was my first trip to Jaffarian and they were very helpful. The repair was done in a timely manner and I was called to pick up my Tiguan. They vacuumed the interior of the Tiguan and the trunk. It looked brand new, even though it is a 2010. It was the best repair and cleaning I have seen. Other dealerships say they clean the cars, but the Tiguan has never been this clean after the other dealerships I have been to. You can research all the specs and reviews for buying a new car, but if the service department does not do its job of continuing to create a good customer relationship, then that dealership loses business and future sale when a new car is needed.
