I initially visited IRA Toyota on several occasions and test drove the Highlander, RAV 4, and VENZA. After I decided on buying the VENZA, the salesman mistakenly wrote up for a V4 when I had driven the V6 test drove the Highlander, RAV 4, and VENZA. After I decided on buying the VENZA, the salesman mistakenly wrote up for a V4 when I had driven the V6 when I noticed it he searched for an XLE V6 and didn't have one but said he would find it for me! Still no price was given! When I got home I realized it was not the LIMITED! I thought they knew that I was only looking at the LIMITED version of models! When I went home and tried to contact him, he was unreachable so I took it upon myself to find one without him. I went online to a vehicle search and found Jaffarian. They called me right back and the next day I went into the dealership, saw the car and was given a mistakenly low price which they decided to honor. The service between the two dealerships were not even comparable considering at IRA they did not even give me a price. At Jaffarian there were no games, great service and they won me over by just having the best deal. The experience at IRA was chaotic where at Jaffarian it was peaceful and personal!! More

I knew I wanted a Prius before I walked into the dealership. I first arrived just as the dealership closed, but they still allowed me to look at the car in the showroom and invited me back the next dealership. When I returned to pick up the car after purchasing it, he connected my phone to Bluetooth and explained the dashboard features in the car, as well as any other questions I had. More
