Sarkis is excellent, Carl was great but dropped off a little in the end. Service was quick and easy but I still had to fix what they installed when I left. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car go to Toyota Jaffarian in Haverhill. I am 21 years old and didn't think a new car would be possible for me to get, but after successfully purchasing my to Toyota Jaffarian in Haverhill. I am 21 years old and didn't think a new car would be possible for me to get, but after successfully purchasing my first car in 2010, with the help of the friendly staff at Toyota, I turned to them for their help a second time. They went above and beyond my expectations to make it possible for me to get my 2013 Toyota Corolla SE at the best price possible by upping the trade value on my old car, and going out of their way to find a way to lower my monthly payments. I will continue going to them for service for the years to come. More

The sales person Louis was actually pleasant to deal with. once the sales manager got involved, it all went downhill from there. He made multiple attempts to de-value my cars worth by showing me a list of auction vehicles that he could get cheaper (completely ignoring the fact the cars were sight unseen, didn't have half the same options, or unknown condition). This was all after the salesman and I agreed on numbers. He explained that KBB value for my car is assuming your paying MSRP for theirs. I was ok with this. I usually only deal with invoice but since the bottom number was where I wanted to be, it was irrelevant. That quickly changed. This Manager actually made an attempt to cheapen my car saying something was hanging from underneath the front end. I had to explain to him it was normal working part of the car. The fact he even made this part of the negotiation was ridiculous. I made an attempt to explain to him by using the list of auction cars as examples wasn't comparing apples to apples but saying the process should be done like one compares diamonds. Before I had a chance to complete the sentence, he shouts out "now your saying your car is a diamond". Since he was obviously not listening I repeated, It was like "comparing" diamonds, as factors change, so do their value. if you want to use other cars as a reference, they better be in the same condition with the same options as mine. I had to remind him 2 separate times as he made 2 attempts to tell me I was saying my car was a diamond. That still doesn't beat his attempt to find something wrong with my car and make verbal note of it, resulting in me explaining to him it was a normal part of the car. Just an overall bad experience. Dealing with Trevor Manning (my sales consultant) was very a rewarding and complete. I did not get the feeling of the typical automobile salesman genere' of the hustle and three-shell game rip off. I foound him to have an honest and sincere quality about him which I like and above all - respect. I also found your management staff Glenn, Rob, Jon, Johnathen and Sarkis also to be efficient and very knowledgeable, in closing the loop (so to speak). I left feeling that the job was well done and most important - COMPLETE. - which is the way I do business within my company as a Design Engineer. Two things I have to mention. First - I would liked to have gotton more than I received for MY 2004 and 2005 Trade-ins I know what the Black Book was on them and would liked kto have received close to that amount. Additionally, although I am overall pretty happy with my current lease, it seemed as though the push from each member of the team was to 'sell what is on the lot' instead of finding me the "right" car (from a different dealership). There were a couple specific items that I explicitly asked for in a car: leather seats, sun roof and heated seats. Quite a bit of time was spent on finding the right color of the car with the right seats (leather and color) - almost exclusively looking at what was on the lot and therefore resulted in me leasing a car with undesirable seats. Again, I explicitly stated that I desired leather seats, sun roof and heated seats from the second I walked in the door, and I was therefore disappointed when I drove the car home and realized the car did not have heated seats. I have previously leased a car from another Toyota dealership and will be returning there for future purchases. More
