After researching for the last 2 yrs. I had test drove 11 vehicles and didn't find the right one. I went to Jaffarian Toyota last Friday and met with Louis Montefore. I explained what I was looking for and t vehicles and didn't find the right one. I went to Jaffarian Toyota last Friday and met with Louis Montefore. I explained what I was looking for and that I would need to test drive it to find a car that was comfortable to me. I had a list of options i wanted. Pre-certified car would be good. I test drove a 2012 Toyota Corolla while on the test drive I asked if I could drive it to my home to see how it would fit on my driveway. He said,"Yes, Where do you live?" Needless to say it fit very nicely on my driveway. The car was very comfortable. It has bluetooth connections which they set up for me. It works great for hands free telephone and plays my music from my iPhone thru the speakers. I went to the dealership at 1PM and was greeted at the door by Louis and I was home with my new Corolla on my driveway @ 5:30PM. New plates and all washed and cleaned perfectly. Mr Jaffarian came and introduced himself to me as well. Overall I would say this was my best car buying experience so far. More

Rob worked within my budget limits and we hammered out a deal I felt was fair and equitable for both parties. The day I came to pick my vehicle up they both took great pride in the pristine condition the car was delivered to me in and assisted me in transfering all my personal effects from my old car to the new one. Trevor Fanning and Chris Kordes were very friendly and helped make my experience buying a car easy. I had previously purchased a car from this dealer (3+ years ago) and my experience back then wasn't nea helped make my experience buying a car easy. Jaffarian has obviously made some changes in their staffing and everyone I interacted with were friendly and easy to deal with. Bob Marcoux (Sales Manager) was excellent and didn't pressure me in any way. All in all, I had a fantastic buying experience at Jaffarian and came home with the exact car I wanted and paid exactly what I wanted as well. I will definitely shop here again in the future. More

My husband traded in a 2007 Mustang for a 2010 Corolla, he was grossly taken advantage of. My husband is suffering from 2 inoperable cancers and due to radiation his logic thinking has been diminished he he was grossly taken advantage of. They should be totally ashamed of themselves do not do business with this horrible dealership. More
