We couldn't of had a better sales person then Chris Kordas. We were there from 10:30 am to 4 pm and he made it seem like we were only there for a few hours. As soon as we got there, he came up to us and greeted us very nicely and was even great with our 7 year old. He offered all of us a beverage before we sat down and started talking about the trade in of our truck and purchasing a used car. Chris listened to what we wanted and he work hard to come close to that. When Chris was working his magic and one of the other sales person saw us just walking around, they would ask if we were being help. The dealer was completely clean inside and out. The reason why we gave the price rating as a 4 is because we thought that they could have done a little better in price, but we think we still got a good deal everything. A simple, painless experience from start to finish. We wanted a 2013 RAV4 with barely any options. We did our research, knew the MSRP, invoice price etc. beforehand. I got the internet special price quote from Christina at Jaffarian and a couple of competing dealers too. On the face of it, there wasn't a lot to chose between the 3 dealers on price. We visited one of the other dealers before visting Jaffarian and it was a waste of time - they wanted to play games with the price and I wasn't playing. At Jaffarian we worked mostly with Carl Rogers, and Carl didn't want to play games, he simply wanted to sell me the car I wanted as quickly and painlessly as possible. Not only did he stick to the price they offered online, but because we bought from inventory 30 minutes before the end of the month we got a few more goodies thrown in. Like any dealer, the finance and insurance manager (can't remember his name) tried to sell us optional service packages, extended warranty etc. We politely declined and that was that, there was no hard sell. Overall, very friendly, knowledgeable about their product and most of all, honored their commitments. More

He also kept me informed of the car I chose as it was being transported and then sent me pictures when it arrived.
