I had an extremely positive experience purchasing my new Toyota from Jaffarian. I dealt mostly with Jason Coffil. Jason was extremely knowledgable and patient throughout the entire experience. He respected me as a customer when I told him the first day I was only shopping and not going to buy anything that day. He continued to follow up with me, but not in an overbearing manner. He provided many options and allowed me to feel confident in my final decision to purchase the Highlander. I recently came down from Portland, Maine to purchase my first car from Jaffarian Toyota with my Mom who has been a long time friend of the Jaffarian family, she also bought her first car there. The staff was very helpful and enthusiastic when it came to helping me find and purchase the right vehicle. They were accommodating and made sure that I was pleased with the outcome. After I purchased the car, I received several phone calls to see how I was enjoying the car and if I had any questions and to make sure everything was working as it should. I am very pleased with the service I received. People always comment on how horrible an experience buying a car is, but as a first time buyer I don't have any regrets or complaints. I feel that it went smoothly and was stress free. I look forward to purchasing my next car from Jaffaraian. More

Ali was great. He was there the entire process. Couldnt ask for a better service. The only thing that im disappointed is that the remote started was not installed.
