My wife and I did some research to determine what a fair price was for a 2013 Toyota RAV 4 and 2013 Venza. After receiving some quotes, I scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicles. This is where I price was for a 2013 Toyota RAV 4 and 2013 Venza. After receiving some quotes, I scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicles. This is where I expected the hassle to begin!!! On the contrary, I was met at the door by Glenn Charette (very pleasant and friendly). My wife and I were seated and offered coffee or water. The coffee was delicious! Again, this is where I thought the "car dealership hussle" was to begin! Glenn made a copy of my wife’s license. My wife wanted the new RAV 4, but was disappointed with the new look, but really liked the Venza. Glenn went over the vehicle completely before we began the test drive - very thorough. When we returned to the showroom, my wife and I agreed we wanted the vehicle so the paperwork began. Because we were content with our research, there was no back and forth haggling on the price. Originally we wanted to purchase, but decided that leasing was a better option at this time. We had a great experience and highly recommend Jaffarian Toyota. Communication, atmosphere, personalities and the entire experience couldn't have been better!! More
The sales and service personnel were awesome. Beginning with the sales department. As soon as I walked into the Jaffarian Dealership a sales person sought me out and asked how can he help me. I told him that I was looking for a particular type and color vehicle. I told him not to waste both our time if he did not have what I wanted. He told me to wait a few minutes and he went and came back with the car I wanted a Gold color 4 door sedan with all the bells and whistles. It was the first time in my life that I bought a car without shopping around. When it was time to service my car, I could not be more surprised, they even washed the car, what more could you ask for? More

Recently my partner and I purchased a Highland from Jim Carven. Knowing this we knew that Jim would be professional and not try to sell us something we didn't want or could afford. I had been emailing beforehand to get a quote and I thought I was going to get a good, fair price on a 2013 Toyota Venza. Glenn had been keeping in contact with me over the holidays and after things sl thought I was going to get a good, fair price on a 2013 Toyota Venza. Glenn had been keeping in contact with me over the holidays and after things slowed down , I went in to see him. Glenn was friendly and showed me around . As soon as we starting talking about the price he quoted, things changed. The price went up and they gave us a monthly payment amount that wasn't even correct! Then they offered me a joke of a trade-in for an excellent condition2010 Honda Pilot . I had gone to Kelly Blue Book to get some factual values and they came up with a price that was $3600.00 lower. My car had a small 25 size ding in the door and water marks on two seats that were shampoo removable. Glenn kept going back to the finance people and knew we were getting upset , but he kept coming back with worse offers . We finally asked for the keys back ( yes they took our keys to estimate the Pilot value but didn't give them bsck until we insisted on them). I totally felt like we were being played with and left and will never go back . I did feel bad for Glenn because we could tell it was the finance area playing the game. I did go to Rockingham Toyota and the experience was 200% different! They went out of their to help us , gave the original quote with some nice extras, and gave me Kelly Blue book with no excuses or run-around. Super friendly , accomodating, knowlledgable and no baloney!!Nelson showed me all about the Venza , very patient with questions and went out of his way to help us. Terry Wong was the Internet quote person and he found the original quote and gave us that price! Bob Tesherin finance was wonderful and very friendly. The other salespeople were all very friendly and helpful and didn't give off that fake car dealer air. I will totally reccomend Rockingham Toyota/Honda and go back to them ! Never Jaffarian . I had been warned by several people about how they deal and thought Glenn was different. Never again! More
