We came to Jaffarian to check out the Rav4 and really did not plan on making a decision that day. We were very comfortable talking to Glenn Charette and did not feel pressured at all. We appreciated this, having been to car dealerships where they spoke to you as if they were reading from a script and seemed phony and robotic. Glenn took the time to go over several options with us of cars that were in stock and how they fit what we wanted. He went out on test drives in two separate vehicles with us. We never felt rushed and he took the time to answer all our questions. Rob Marcoux would also come over at times to help out,and also Sarkis Shamshoyan. They did not have a Rav4 with the color and options we wanted, and we were going to hold off. Then Rob found one at another dealership, and offered it to us at a good price. We ended up buying it that day, and picked it up later that week. Glenn kept in touch and contacted me during the week to keep me up to date on the progress of things. I felt that everything was up front and honest, and it was a friendly atmosphere where you felt at ease. The day we picked up the car, we met with business manager Lauren Fitzgerald. She also was very personable and took as much time as necessary to answer all our questions and explain things. Again there was no high pressure sales, and it was a comfortable and relaxed experience. Glenn spent time with us to go over the car and show us how different things work, and to connect the Bluetooth to my phone. Jaysen was knowledgeable and helpful working with us. Needless to say, we needed reliable vehicles that no only saved us money, but one that would last for years to come. My husband and I cannot express what a fabulous experience we had. Louse Moneteforte was pleasant, professional, and had answers for our questions. He gave us the time we needed to make a decision, without being so assertive to make a sale, that we felt pressured (as this was our experience when dealing with Ira Toyota of Danvers). My husband purchased his truck two months prior to purchasing the Rav 4, and because of the wonderful experience we had, we felt an allegiance to purchase our next vehicle from them. Therefore, when it came to purchasing a new vehicle, such as the Rav 4, we called Mr. Moneteforte up and asked for his help specifically. I would recommend working with Mr. Moneteforte. He is not just out to make a quick sale, but tries to build a professional relationship with his customers. Ms.Fitzgerald was social, polite, and very accommodating. Again, yes, they are there to sell you a car, but not unless you are ready. The general manager came over, on 2 different occasions to make sure everything was well. After purchasing both vehicles, only a short time later, did the employees call, such as Mr. Moneteforte always did. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied.
