Mr. Shamshoyan is an excellent sales manager who actually cares about the consumer. He made sure that I was sure and happy with the choice I made. I have dealt with many sales reps in my career so I know how certain ones only care about making the sale no matter what!!! I did not feel that way one bit with Mr. Shamshoyan. Jim sold me a car a few years ago and I wanted to switvh into something different. I called other dealers to see what they could do for me and no one could make it work (128Volvo and Lovering). I then called Jim and told him what I wanted and where I needed to be financially - he got me there and then some! I also had my four young kids with me when we were working things out - he was patient and even made sure my kids were taken care of!! To top it off, Gary Jaffarian (the owner) happened to walk in while Jim and I were workign numbers. He asked who I was, what I needed and told me point blank he and Jim would make it work. He spent over an hour with Jim and I working the deal so I was happy (and he was super sweet with my kids!!). Customer for life.... More
