My experience with Jaffarian was great! I had gone to several dealers looking at the RAV4 and similar vehicles. Jaffarian by far had the best atmosphere. I never felt pressured or as though the employees were simply out to make a sale. It is obviously their job to sell you a car, but they really seemed to listen to my needs and to what I wanted out of a car. They also followed through on their promise to match or beat any offers that are lower than their prices. I was impressed that they followed through and didn't simply brush that off. I worked mostly with Glenn in this process, but Rob also helped out, and Jon came into play when it was time for the financing. They were all great! Glenn was easy to work with and made me feel comfortable with the car. Once again there was no pressure, and he made the experience enjoyable. You always hear horror stories about car dealerships and how awful the experience of buying a car can be. I am happy to say that was not the case for me, and I truly believe it is due to the people I worked with at Jaffarian. I strongly recommend Jaffarian if you are interested in a Toyota or Volvo! More
