Overall experience was very professional and the individuals I dealth with were informed, helpful and exceptionally professional. My only complaint was that the vehicle delivery was delayed and I wish the staff were a bit more forthcoming on timeframes or just took the time earlier in the process to indicate it may be delayed. They did eventually, but I would have like earlier notification for planning purposes. Other than that, it was an enjoyable experience and I would recommend this team to friends to do business. More

When I went to Jaffarian Toyota, I was expecting the typical "round aound,", but that was not the case. The sales rep (Jim Carven), was very helpful and a few hours later I was driving off the lot in a typical "round aound,", but that was not the case.
