Jim was AMAZING!! I would HIGHLY recommend ANYONE to go see him to purchase a new or used car. He was friendly, personable, didn't pressure me into anything that I did not want. He was informative with options for the vehicle that I wanted to purchase, reviews that were done on the vehicle (not Jaffarian reviews either) as well as rates and payments. He was thorough with his work, followed up with me as well after I had left the dealership the first time (without purchasing a car) and he even told me that if I wanted to bring my dad, or anyone else with me that was fine! (he sold my dad his car as well) Jim is NOT the typical stereotype of a "car salesman". As well as Jim being so friendly and nice I would have to say that everyone else I met with and spoke to at Jaffarin was friendly!! Jim made my buying experience a good one without any regrets or buyers remorse!! Thanks! More
