Overall my experience was good. Tyler did a good and continual job listening to my needs and trying to move work forward. My chief complaint is that once the Purchase and Sales was signed, it became increasingly unclear what was needed to complete the paperwork, finalize the add-ons, and register and inspect the car. I believe I logged 6+ hours waiting for different actions to take place and only can say that with greater clarity about what was needed and when (e.g., it takes up to 2 hours from the time the paper work is sent to the insurance company to register the car) I could have spent less time physically at the dealership. Surely mine was not the first car you've sold. I have been a Toyata customer for over 20 years. My interactions with the Watertown dealership which preceded this and the prior purchase *never* required so much time to get work completed. Worse, no satisfactory explanation was provided other than this is the way it works. I also do not like the high pressure tactics to tell you how I will rate your service and employees -- especially when asked right in front of Tyler for whom you supposedly seek candid and honest feedback. I have no issues with Tyler, but the manner of asking was borderline unprofessional. Equally unprofessional were Rob Marcoux's comments about the color of my former vehicle and how it compares to the new one. Please know that I would not purchase a car in any color with which I was not perfectly satisfied, so to have anyone imply that my prior color choice was not "masculine" enough was extremely off-putting. Not sure what else to say other than I can assure my next purchase best be handled with greater clarity about what's needed when and where. More

Louis Monteforte contacted us after I showed an interest in a Toyota. We e-mailed and he sounded like he was willing to work with our budget. We met in person and discussed the basic models that fit our pa in a Toyota. We e-mailed and he sounded like he was willing to work with our budget. I needed to rent a car so I went to Jaffarian Rental and they happened to have the model available at a real reasonable rate so I tried a Corrolla and loved it. This was a added bonus service of Jaffarian. The Corolla was one of the models I had discussed with Louis so we went in to talk and see if any new ones were available. Glenn Charrette took us on a test drive and was very familiar with the information we were asking for during the drive. I wanted to test the car on a hill and also the highway which his reply was "not a problem at all." After the drive we went in to hammer out a deal and see if we could come to matching numbers. Robert Marcoux, the sales manager joined us and we really appreciated their honesty and frankness with us. My wife and I had discussed buying one of the rental Corollas. My wife went home to discuss the numbers and two days later we walked into Jaffarian where we were welcomed by Rob, Louis and Glenn and a surprise and joy, we ended up buying a brand new Corolla for a few dollars more. It was great that Jaffarian is our LOCAL Toyota dealer which allows us to service both our Toyotas within our community. Outstanding job by Glenn, Louis and Rob. We plan on coming back again for all our automotive needs. This sales team earned a 5 rating for not pressuring us, and working a fair and equitable deal. More
I came in without an appointment, with just an ad from Cars.com for a car I really wanted to look at. Glenn met me at the door with a big smile, introduced himself and showed the car to me. In fact, everyone at the dealership met me with a smile and a "hello." It was lovely. There was no pressure, no hassle, unlike some dealerships I'd visited. Glenn didn't try to move me up to a more expensive car. He was wonderful. I highly recommend seeing Glenn Charette. The entire experience was great! When my husband decided he wanted to see the car that evening, Glenn made the arrangements for everything to be available for a test drive and although he was busy with another customer still took the time to say 'hello' to me. He totally understood my restrictions and the need for the car to pass "The Dad Test." I believe that Glenn even came in early so that my dad could take a look at the car. When I returned, ready to purchase the car, Glenn had everything ready to go. There was very little wasted time. Although I couldn't make it to the dealership until 3:30pm, he managed everything beautifully so that I could leave with my pretty new (used) car. He contacted my insurance agent and did whatever needed to be done with them. He then made sure the car was inspected and registered for me, all before 5:30pm. I have already recommended Jaffarian and Glenn Charette to friends who are even thinking about car shopping. More
