I came in without an appointment, with just an ad from Cars.com for a car I really wanted to look at. Glenn met me at the door with a big smile, introduced himself and showed the car to me. In fact, everyone at the dealership met me with a smile and a "hello." It was lovely. There was no pressure, no hassle, unlike some dealerships I'd visited. Glenn didn't try to move me up to a more expensive car. He was wonderful. I highly recommend seeing Glenn Charette. The entire experience was great! When my husband decided he wanted to see the car that evening, Glenn made the arrangements for everything to be available for a test drive and although he was busy with another customer still took the time to say 'hello' to me. He totally understood my restrictions and the need for the car to pass "The Dad Test." I believe that Glenn even came in early so that my dad could take a look at the car. When I returned, ready to purchase the car, Glenn had everything ready to go. There was very little wasted time. Although I couldn't make it to the dealership until 3:30pm, he managed everything beautifully so that I could leave with my pretty new (used) car. He contacted my insurance agent and did whatever needed to be done with them. He then made sure the car was inspected and registered for me, all before 5:30pm. I have already recommended Jaffarian and Glenn Charette to friends who are even thinking about car shopping. More

Over the years we have purchased many cars both new and used. This was our second new car purchase at Jaffarian. The primary reason for this having been such a great experience rests solely with our sales rep. Carl Ries. From the moment we met Carl he was courteous, friendly, displayed a sense of humor and we did not feel pressured in the slightest. It didn't take long to realize he was also very knowledgable and instilled a feeling of trust in us. We felt he had our best interest at heart, and that is not a feeling one generally gets at a car dealership. He spent a lot of time explaining the workings and attributes of the Prius C that we finally bought. We were not able to "close the deal" in one day due to a previous commitment on our part so we had to come back the next day to finalize everything and pick up the vehicle. As it turned out that was to be Carl's day off. However, he came in to the dealership anyway and went through the entire manual and other literature as well as the operation of the vehicle with us until we were completely satisfied. As for the rating criteria above, the only one that didn't receive a "5" was price. I don't believe anyone ever feels that they got an Excellent price.
