I can't say enough great things about working with Louis Monteforte and Bob Marcoux. 1 day before working with these 2 gentlemen, I literally walked out of Ira Toyota after having one of the worst car buyin Monteforte and Bob Marcoux. 1 day before working with these 2 gentlemen, I literally walked out of Ira Toyota after having one of the worst car buying experiences of my life. I called Louis and he took care of everything I asked for. Bob went above and beyond finding and getting the exact car I wanted. Buying a new car can be both overwhelming and stressful due to the variety of choices and options as well as the investment of your purchase. Also, our SUV came into the dealership without an option we had written into the purchase agreement and Carl took care of it quickly and without additional cost to us. Carl wasn't overly aggressive which is a quality we appreciated so we were sure we were making the right decision about the vehicle we were purchasing for our growing family.
