There is an interminable amount of waiting involved in the process, which is extremely irritating. Mike was very helpful, but he didn't disclose various fees, which may have been by design, in which case the process, which is extremely irritating. The approach of pretending to negotiate and pretending to provide customer service when the reality is that there is really no negotiation and lots of waiting around is not a good business model b/c all of the dissembling leads to a lack of trust. More transparency is strongly recommended. More
