We bought a new Toyota. The sales process itself with Louis Monteforte was great but when it came to filling out all the necessary paperwork the business manager tried to sell us a car protection package Louis Monteforte was great but when it came to filling out all the necessary paperwork the business manager tried to sell us a car protection package (paint protection, leather protection) aggressively. He would not take No for an answer. After we declined for the 5th time we pretty much had to tell him to "Please just accept our No as an answer for this product" to be able to move forward with the paperwork. The service department was also a disappointment. The service manager shows attitude towards his customers as well as his employees in front of customers. If asked a question he acts like he does not want to be bothered and the answer we have heard too much by now: "Go look it up in your owners manual". We will definitely have our Toyota serviced elsewhere. More
