My neighbor recommended Jaffarian because of price and experience. Then I did my homework online researching the best price for the Tacoma I wanted. I saw the truck I wanted on their website and the pri experience. Then I did my homework online researching the best price for the Tacoma I wanted. I saw the truck I wanted on their website and the price was pretty good, so I filled out the form online. To my surprise (and delight) I was not called 2 minutes later by a Sales person hassling me. But I did get an email with an even better price in it than what was on the website. So I headed to the show room with my trade. At the show room the experience was relaxing. They had my truck ready because I called them 15 minutes before saying I was coming in. They looked at my trade AND gave the keys back immediately (which was cool). I test drove the truck, looked at the numbers, haggled a little bit, and was done. If you do your homework and have a reasonable price for what your trade-in vehicle is worth, then you can't beat the price at Jaffarian, or the experience. Highly recommended.
