Test drove a Prius 4 weeks ago and Carl was very knowledgeable about the new technology. Working with Tim and Dennis made our buying experience one of the best that we have ever had. Each and every person at Jaffarian, in addition to Tim and Dennis, was extremely friendly. We were greeted at one of the best that we have ever had. Each and every person at Jaffarian, in addition to Tim and Dennis, was extremely friendly. We were greeted at the door upon arrival and taken care of from the get go. We were offered refreshments and snacks and the vehicles that we were looking at were brought into the service bay entrance so we would be warm (a thoughtful thing to do as it was the middle of February). As we ended up at the dealership due to a received mailing, the negotiations went as smoothly as the mailing suggested they would. I have not always had this experience at other dealerships. The staff were knowledgable about the products that they were selling and were either able to answer our questions directly or took the time to find the answers that we needed to make our decision. The delivery of our new vehicle went just as smoothly as the purchase. We were shown the features of the vehicle and again were able to have all of our questions answered. To sum up, our experience was excellent with Jaffarian. I would definitely do business with them again and would not hesitate to send a family member, good friend, neighbor, etc. to them if they were looking for a new vehicle. Buying a new vehicle is a big event and having it go so smoothly is something that we will remember. More
I was sent to Jaffarian Volvo as a recommendation by a friend. I had been to another dealership and had a real bad experience. The staff at Jaffarian were extremely professional and great people. I ended up finding a beautiful used Volvo wagon for my two teenage sons in mint condition for a very fair price. The whole experience could not have been better. My friend was so right sending me there! Would recommend them to anyone. My salespersons name was Louis Monteforte-just a great human being. And Sarkis Shamshoyan also made the visit go smoothly. I had visited a few local Volvo dealers in the area over the last few months having settled on my desire for a new 2012 Volvo S60 T5 to replace my trusty 2004 Acura TL. After visiting all the other local d the last few months having settled on my desire for a new 2012 Volvo S60 T5 to replace my trusty 2004 Acura TL. After visiting all the other local dealers, my plan was to buy a demonstrator after the Volvo requirement that demonstrators be sold after 9k miles. Since no other dealer seemed interested in working an attractive purchase price (not to mention 2 trades), I figured the next best option was to buy a relatively new S60 with a few miles on it so that I didn't take the depreciation hit. Since I use my car for business, I'm compensated for its business use but I'm also thrifty and hated to see good dollars fly away once I took delivery of the car. A really good purchase price and a equally good trade in value on my 2004 TL and a 2002 Volvo S60 that we no longer needed for our kids could change my mind though. The liklihood of that I thought was not very good. I hadn't planned on buying a car the day I checked the Internet and found a particular 2012 Volvo S60 at Jaffarian Haverhill with just the right interior, exterior and options. So, I requested contact via the Internet and Tim Little responded within a couple of hours. I went to Jaffarian expecting to at least have them put me on the list as being interested in a demonstrator in the months ahead. When I arrived at Jaffarian, I was introduced to Gary Jaffarian who was coincidentally entering the dealership at the same time. Knowing that we were just looking, he spent quality time nonetheless discussing his pleasure with the S60 that he was driving. He also shared information on selecting either the T5 or the T6 and other considerations on equipment options, purchase and leasing. He truly enjoys speaking with customers. Good conversation followed with Tim Little, Sales Rep., regarding my situation and expectations and then good natured and honest negotiation on the sale price and trades ensued with Tim and Skarkis Shamshoyan, Sales Mgr. I really figured that the liklihood of an acceptable price wasn't going to happen since I was looking at a popular new model and I had 2 trades to boot! Once Tim and Skarkis understood that I had taken great care of the 2 trades and recently put a significant amount of money in the 2002 Volvo (it had 139k miles..great 'ol car), we finally settled on a mutually fair deal all around - on the purchase price and on the trades. Tom Adams, Business Mgr., completed the paperwork promptly and offered several options for protecting the car. His approach was candid and with no pressure. My return visit to pick up the new S60 was pleasant - Tim did a great job of seeing through all the logistics including a very thorough review of all the car's features and operation. I buy good, solid cars that will put up to the rigors of business travel. I made a great choice on a luxury car that is ahead of the competition (compare it to Acura, Lexus, Infinity, BMW & Mercedes) and I also made a great choice of the dealer with which I did business. I am 68 years old and this was the best experience buying a new car that I have ever had. I emailed for a quote approx 7:30 pm and about 15 minutes later recieved a phone call. We then set up an appointment and met the next day at 1pm. Great experience and at 6:30 pm that day I arrived home with a 2011 new Camry in my garage. I had to go home in the process to get my title on my turn in but that was fine. I should have brought it with me in the beginning but never thought the process would go that smoothly. Paper work and sales process was excellent. More
