I have owned Volvo’s since 1984. Within the last six months my 2000 S80 T6 with 238,000 miles has required a number of repairs prompting me to look for a newer vehicle. So after having my existing Volvo months my 2000 S80 T6 with 238,000 miles has required a number of repairs prompting me to look for a newer vehicle. So after having my existing Volvo serviced I opted to head up to the showroom. I looked at the available models and features. Not sure how I wished to proceed. Louis introduced himself and brought me up to speed on the Volvo models. He patiently listened and we spend most of the afternoon going through Models and financing options. During this process I never felt pressured to purchase. After meeting my price range we concluded the deal and I left the same day with my new car. As it turns out I stayed with the S80 family. He has exceeded our expectations even after the sale.
