Decided not to because my wife has Rav4 experience and we were so impressed with the Rav4 and dealership sales person Ricky Arora, we decided immediately to do business with Jaffarian Toyota after meeting with Ricky. He greeted us with a very professional manner, short interview and few questions to determine which model would be best works for us. Ricky was very knowledgable giving us all the information we need. The part is No BS or games. He was very straight forward and up front with us. We never felt any pressure from him, He was very kind and respectful to us. His price that truly shocked my wife and I. We were very impressed that when we said we were not going to buy now that we wanted to go to lunch there was NO pressure to buy. We came back later to see Ricky and he made our car buying experience very memorable. He introduced us to Tom Blanchette to finish our finance part, he was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. This was our 6th Toyota first time with Jaffarian/Ricky The whole experience turned to be the Best experience of my life. We had been to Ira Toyota- two places, Woburn Toyota, Rockingham and Prime Toyota Rt2 in Lancaster. What a awful experience with their sales personalities. But believe me This 5 Star experience was way above and from other dealership. I believe all should learn from Ricky Arora how to conduct business and take care of customer very seriously so can come back and refer others. He was waiting for us after finishing papers with Mr. Blanchette. My Vehicle was ready right on time as he said with full tank of gas and inspected. He took time to Explained each every options and new techonology in vehicle to make sure we are 100% satisfied and know to operate. I’ve bought many cars in the last 50 years and can honestly say that this person and Jaffarian Toyota are the best!!!
