Great Customer Service - Beyond Expectations We went to Jaffarian Toyota Service Department today and would like to recognize Mark DeFrancesco for his GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We scheduled an a We went to Jaffarian Toyota Service Department today and would like to recognize Mark DeFrancesco for his GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We scheduled an appointment to determine why the engine on our RAV4 was inconsistently “Shuddering” while stopped at a stop light. Of course the engine did not do it the day we scheduled the appointment. After some technical analysis, it was summarized that the problem may have been due to a bad load of gas. However, Mark suggested we keep an eye one it and never hesitate to come back if it happens again. My husband asked Mark some technical questions which not only did Mark answer and clarify, but he actually showed the technical aspect on the RAV4 to my husband. We were very impressed of Mark’s knowledge, willingness and interest in clarifying the answer to the question with an “Above and Beyond” attitude! We felt confident and satisfied with his expertise and answer! Every time we come to this service department we feel as though we are treated and valued as important customers. Once again, I would definitely recommend this dealership and service department and continue to do business here! More
