We scheduled an We went to Jaffarian Toyota Service Department today and would like to recognize Marques Dorvalmar for his GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for this morning and Marques promptly greeted us and tended our paperwork efficiently and on time. We were provided with a video of the service that was being done on our Toyota Rav 4 while we were waiting. We were impressed with the efficiency and explanation of the service that was being done! Marques suggested that the engine and cabin air filters should be changed due to dirt and debris which is part of normal maintenance. We also noticed this on the video that was provided and also had this service done. My husband had a couple of questions which Marques went the extra mile by asking the mechanic, Andrew, that worked on our vehicle to answer. The mechanic, Andrew, came out to the service desk and satisfactorily answered my husbands questions. We feel as though we are treated and valued as important customers. Once again, I would definitely recommend this dealership and service department and continue to do business here! More
