Bought my last 5 vets from here and this time was the best I went because I received ed a mailer that they need vehicles like I had from last purchase. This time I switched for first time to leasing. Four hours wasted Bad experience. Sales folks were pleasant, BUT, I got the old "bait and switch" tactic. The used vehicle I went to look at was "sold the day before", Bad experience. Sales folks were pleasant, BUT, I got the old "bait and switch" tactic. The used vehicle I went to look at was "sold the day before", yet when I checked three days later, it was still there and available. They tried to talk me in to a new vehicle, but insulted me with the trade in value on my car. Said it had a bad Carfax. Another lie. I ordered the Carfax on my car and it was fine. Then they tried to sell me on a lease deal, which would net Jaffarian $9.700 more after the lease and buyout than the original sticker price of the new vehicle. Not a way to earn business. I was made to wait for long periods of time, which was totally unnecessary. After four wasted hours, I was finally given my car keys back. I will never go back there again. More
