I was able to immediately bring in vehicle and had a video made of under vehicle. Strange enough, no leak was found, but video made me feel confident in their findings. I was received a text from Amy with video and was able to respond back as well. Picked. Up vehicle shortly after and Amy took care of paperwork quickly. More

good but disappointing When I arrived I asked if, in addition to washing my car after the service was completed, that they vacuum the interior. The person helping me said that they always include vacuuming. I told her that so far, that has not been the case, but I would very much like it today. After the service was completed, I went to my car to find that it had not been vacuumed. I went back to the desk and told the same person who had helped me before and she apologized and said it would be taken care of. A few minutes later, she said it was ready but I found that only the front seats and the top rug in front was done. The dirt and dog hair was still under the rugs and in the back. I did not go back to complain. I left rather frustrated. More
