This has happened more than once, but I will give an exampl Two reasons for my low rating. 1) I find the phone answering system extremely frustrating. This has happened more than once, but I will give an example from today. I called and followed the instructions to get to the service department. Then I got put on hold and within seconds got the original message back. After two loops of this (just to make sure it isn't a mistake) I dialed zero for operator and rather than telling me there is no one there, I got put back again to the original voice message. This is something so simple, but something that will prevent people from patronizing your dealership. 2) I made an appointment earlier this week for an oil change. By some miracle, I was able to reach someone at that point. I called back today and went through this loop to no where t(previously mentioned) to try to cancel my appointment. I finally gave up and used the chat feature on the website. It took the attendant quite some time to help me, but she told me that there was no appointment on the books. I wish I hadn't wasted my time trying to let them know, but I was trying to be courteous. More

Checked out You-Tube and there seems to be a history of radio problems with Tacoma's .Spent $100 + (I know you can't work for nothing) but think I'll go after market with new cables and maybe radio !
