Gary went through all the Rav4's on the lot we came to realize that a new Camry was the best fit. I love it. Jason Weeden did all the financial paperwork and was knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of this process. Which we all now can be daunting. And then there is my girl Francesca. Love a girl that knows her cars. we went for a test drive. she showed me all the workings of the Camry. Best of all she made sure the car started was installed and programed the bluetooth with me, giving me tips and tricks along the way. You have a great crew. Phase 1 of the recommended test, was handled swiftly and professionally. The outstanding service continued when I returned for results of the test. My '08 RAV failed, which based on the problem, was a relief. The service advisor, Jake, promptly initiated the repair phase and Jaffarian provided me with substitute transportation for the entire time frame required for the repairs. As promised, Jake kept me informed with the progress and was reassuring that the issue would be resolved even beyond my expectations. Typical of my experiences with Jaffarian service and service advisors, I am a satisfied customer. More
