Kept to their word! I purchased a new Prius from a Boston Toyota Dealer. I also purchased an option that had to be installed. I chose Jaffarian because they are the closest Toyota Dealer and also have taken good care of me in the past. Walter Sazo, the Parts & Service Director quoted me a fair price for the job. Even though the job required more time to install than expected, the Service Manager, Benjamin Collins, honored the quote given to me by Walter. The technician who installed my new Aero Side Slitters was very comforting in talking with me and assuring that he would be able to to a great job for me. This Prius, being brand new and my first ''new'' car since 2002 had be feeling a little nervous. I am glad to be able to share this and hope that whoever reads this will give Jaffarian an opportunity to serve them (you) too! More

Fantastic Service at Jaffarian As a former owner of a very busy repair facility and Service Manager at a few others, I am pretty critical when I go somewhere for Service Jaffarian As a former owner of a very busy repair facility and Service Manager at a few others, I am pretty critical when I go somewhere for Service Jaffarian makes it very easy to make an appointment. When you arrive, a porter handles the car once you drive in...I was checked in immediately and went to a very nice waiting room with refreshments and interesting TV to watch..This is when it gets fantastic.....I get a text, which is a video of the technician actually changing the oil, documenting the brake and pad condition, documenting the tire wear and a report on the undercarriage of the vehicle...fantastic!!! The vehicle was staged inside and clean and ready very quickly..appx 30 minutes.. That Service is as good as it gets.. Great job Jaffarian Toyota More
