Okay for the deal, watch out for financing Bought a 2016 RAV4 AWD Pros: - The price was good compared to other dealers. - Sales person (ask for Wayne Lescarbeau) was very helpful a Bought a 2016 RAV4 AWD Pros: - The price was good compared to other dealers. - Sales person (ask for Wayne Lescarbeau) was very helpful and had a good sense of humor; he was not pushy and gave his honest opinion on the car. The poor guy literally BUSTED his back to get us out of the dealership as soon as he can. Cons:- SUPER long wait, 5 hrs during negotiation and at least 3 hrs when picking the car. - Watch out for the finance department, their tactics was very dirty in denying us the 0% APR. I pointed out the OFFICIAL Toyota website, which clearly states that the College rebate program and the 0% financing deal CAN be combined but it did not matter to Jared, who was very unprofessional and dismissive. His SOLE argument is that the restriction on the 0% APR (shown in his internal document) is posted everywhere, yet when I asked him to show me 1 place where it's publicly posted he could not do it. Pretty much called me a liar when I tried to show him the official Toyota website. The buying process was not bad, considering the good price I got for the car, but dealing with the financing department left a bad taste in my mouth. More
