A horrible car buying experience A salesman that wouldn't return phone calls and just outright lied. When the car was delivered it was not as clean as I thought it should be. None of the Toyota Certified Warranty was explained and no literature was given. I will not be returning to this dealership ever and will make sure I tell anyone that considers buying a car there that it wasn't a good experience. More

Another Wonderful Experience I have been going to Jaffarian to service my vehicle for years now, but this week was the first time purchasing a car through them. oil change/20000mile service I think the service tech needs to slow down and double check his work because he forgot to tighten the oil plug after changing the oil. If I was not w I think the service tech needs to slow down and double check his work because he forgot to tighten the oil plug after changing the oil. If I was not watching for oil drips under the car it could have cause real bad damage. I do not hold it against him or her because we are all human and we can make mistakes at times. After seeing the drips I brought it back and it was corrected in a timely manner and no fuss was made. I hope you all keep up the good work and all I ask is for the guys to just double check yourself so there will be happy customers like me. thanks guys for all you do. More
