I much appreciated his str I had a very good and pleasant car buying experience. Chris was very friendly and helpful going out of his way to please. I much appreciated his straightforwardness. Also I had an exceptionally good price for the car. Manufacturer added an extra option which was not ordered, but Sarkis gave us a very reasonable deal to resolve the issue. One suggestion for improvement (not a criticism): there were several intermittent waiting intervals both on the day of purchase and on the day of pickup, and at times we did not know why we had to wait at all. It would help a great deal if the customer is told exactly why he should wait. More
