Courteous, knwledgeable, intelligent service. Some Toyota dealers have a tiered approach to service. One person greets you, another files your service request, another actually orders the work, an Some Toyota dealers have a tiered approach to service. One person greets you, another files your service request, another actually orders the work, and one more does the work. So what I say to the first person may never reach the person who does the work. Jaffarian doesn't do that. It is also a team approach but I speak to the same person from the initial phone service reservation to payment. In the meantime I hear the input from the entire team. No information is lost. And the estimate is accurate. Even the parts attendant knows about the smallest details of service. All of this is why I keep coming back to Jaffarian. Thank you! More
